We want you and your little one to love every purchase. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work at Nanhi Duniya.
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Items that cannot be returned
- Innerwear, socks, and similar hygiene-sensitive items.
- Products marked as final sale or clearance.
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear after use.
How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the pickup or return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is processed to your original payment method (or as store credit for COD orders) within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong item
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right at no extra cost.
